Log in to Tumblr. On the Dashboard, then Profile icon, 'Edit appearance' and 'Edit Theme'

Click on 'Edit HTML' and scroll down to the bottom of the code where it says '<body>' Paste your code inbetween '</body>' and '<html>'

Finally click 'Update Preview' and then 'Save; then Exit.
