Does WOEXA work with live chats?

Yep!

If you navigate to the ‘Identify’ tab of your WOEXA dashboard, you’ll notice a section dedicated to your live chat.

We integrate with all major live chat platforms, so all you have to do is locate the one you’re currently using and toggle the switch to enable WOEXA tracking. It really is that easy.

How does it work?

Obviously, WOEXA doesn’t have a magic superpower that starts pulling data out of thin air. I mean we’re good, but we’re not that good. That would also be morally dodgy and all of our tracking solutions are completely legal and GDPR compliant.

But that doesn’t mean you should miss out on grabbing opt-in data from your prospects when you can. That’s where our live chat integration comes in.

With WOEXA plugged into your live chat, every time your prospects complete their personal details, e.g. name, email address, etc, it is collected by WOEXA and brought straight to your dashboard as part of their WOEXA profile.

This saves you the time and effort of digging for this information and recording it yourselves. It will be saved by WOEXA automatically and in real-time so you can get on with what really matters.
